OUT OF RESPECT FOR ALL ATTENDEES, EXHIBITORS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO DISMANTLE THEIR STANDS UNTIL 15:30 ON SUNDAY.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup: Friday 10th April (10:00 – 20:00). Stands must be ready by 20:00 on Friday evening.
Breakdown: Sunday 12th April (15:30 – 20:00) and Monday 13th April (09:00 – 20:00). Stands must be cleared by 20:00 on Monday evening.
Access & Parking
Parking: Designated exhibitor area at the entrance of the Auditorium grounds.
Unloading: Via the main entrance; vehicles must be moved from the entrances immediately after unloading.
Stand Details (Pop Up Expo)
No tables or chairs are provided. Please bring your own furniture, pop-ups, material, drinks, and snacks.
Electricity: Available on the ground floor only if pre-booked. First floor: Available at various points.
Storage: Limited to your stand area — no overnight storage elsewhere.
What to Bring
Marketing materials, samples, and display items
Tablecloth or branded cover
Battery-powered lighting (if upstairs)
Extension leads/adapters (for the ground floor)
Business cards, brochures and personal essentials
A trolley, to aid in moving your table, chairs, boxes, etc., into position
General Rules
No open flames or hazardous items. Keep aisles and fire exits clear.
No wall or floor damage (no nails, tape, etc.).
Bring your own insurance for stock and equipment.
Photography & Video Policy
Photos and videos will be taken during Expo Torrevieja 2026 for marketing and media use. Attendance implies consent for use in promotional materials. Please notify the event team at registration if you prefer not to appear.
